mobility and sweet potatoes

she's not crawling yet, but she's definitely starting to move around. rolling, flipping, dragging herself. crawling looks like it's coming soon
she's not quite sitting up on her own, but she's way better in the boppy now
sweet potatoes were way better this time. she actually wants to taste them now, although she's still not quite able to swallow them. that onesie got covered in them!!

Tessa loves her playmat, but isn't such a fan of tummy time. she's getting a lot of strength though. I had just got off the phone with Reagan and finished telling her how great the dogs are - that they go near the playmat but know not to go through it. then I saw this happening...
I think Danger was trying to pin the blame on Tessa.

5 months 1 week old

Tessa's doctor said we could start to try out solid foods, so I got her some sweet potatoes and fired up the baby-food-machine.
she didn't like it that much. this picture says it all. we'll try again in a few days.
I discovered her in the bouncer, after Andrew had cleaned her up. notice the orange eyebrow...
